Issue descriptionVERSION Chrome Version: [latest version i haven't an update warning] + [stable]its for a school Chromebook Operating System: [Chrome OS] REPRODUCTION CASE Please include a demonstration of the security bug, such as an attached HTML or binary file that reproduces the bug when loaded in Chrome. PLEASE make the file as small as possible and remove any content not required to demonstrate the bug.

This does not represent an actionable report of a security vulnerability in Chrome. A user can open many tabs if they like. Upon opening many tabs, depending on the capabilities of the device, the browser may slow down.
