[Password Generation] [META] Automatic password generation is available on an unsuitable form (e.g. a sign-in form)

1) Go to New User Registration page
2) Click in SSN field to enter social security number
3) Chrome password manager offers to generate a new password

To #3, lincolninvestment.com uses wrong autocomplete attribute ("new-password") on the sign-in form.
