Issues tab in github isn't displayed properly

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3347.0 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/issues/new

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to github and try to open a new issue
2.

What is the expected behavior?
The Write tab should be properly displayed and allow entering the problem

What went wrong?
The tab is cut and it's impossible to enter text below some point

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes Version 66.0.3343.3 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 66.0.3347.0  Channel: n/a

qwer1304@ Thanks for the issue.

Tested this issue on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.12.6 on the latest Canary 66.0.3348.0 and the reported version 66.0.3347.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the steps given above.

On signing into Github and on opening a new issue, can enter the details in the text box and no issues are observed.
Attached is the screen shot for reference.

Request you to retry the issue on a new chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations.

As per comment #3, marking this issue as WontFix as the reporter has confirmed that the issue is resolved in Canary 66.0.3348.0.
