What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Freshly launch chrome, navigate to https://permission.site and open Dev tools.
(2) Now perform Audit and observe after audit is complete.
  
Actual Result: Unwanted white space is seen on page.
Expected Result: Unwanted white space should not be seen on page.

This is regression issue broken in ‘M-65’ and providing the bisect using per-revision bisect,
Good build: 65.0.3324.0 (Revision: 530028)
Bad build: 65.0.3325.0 (Revision: 530369)

You are probably looking for a change made after 533916 (known good), but no later than 533917 (first known bad).
