Issue descriptionChrome Version:66.0.3346.8 (Official Build) Revision c7acb5325614d652d9dd02cca2bfb0c481ac6dfd-refs/branch-heads/3346@{#13}(32/64-bit) OS:Win(7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.4). Steps to reproduce: (1)Launch chrome and navigate to drive.google.com and Login with valid credentials. (2)Add another gmail account and navigate to next tab and Sign-out. (3)Navigate back on first gmail drive a small window appears 'Sign-in' back ,click on that and observe. Actual Result: Sign in tab opens and closes itself without performing any activity. Expected Result: Sign in tab should get open on clicking on Sign-in . This is a non-regression issue seen from M-60. NOTE: This issue is also reproducible on M-64 Stable (build # 64.0.3282.168),M-65 beta (build #65.0.3325.73) and M-66 Canary (build #66.0.3347.0).
