Chrome Version: M65.3326.65

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open and expand launcher
(2) Start dragging app list down a little bit, note that the whole list goes down
(3) Swipe up a lot

What is the expected result?
Swiping down the app list should be giving me an indication that I reached the end, swiping back up should start swiping the apps to the second page

What happens instead?
Launcher is dismissed
