My Chromebook hasn't updated, but people with the same type of Chromebook has

Can you file a feedback report by hitting alt+shift+i and update the bug once you do? That will grab logs from your machine so we can investigate.

There are a few things that can cause updates to not happen:
1: Bad network connection.
2: If you're connected via a cell phone (even via wifi hotspot) versions 60 and prior wont update.
3: If your Chromebook is managed by a school, they might have locked updates to not go past a particular version.
