"Do you want Google Chrome to save your password for this site?" dialog is not accessible

Issue description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install NVDA on Windows
2. Go to page that triggers the "Do you want Google Chrome to save your password for this site?" dialog

What is the expected result?
NVDA lets me know there is an alert.

What happens instead of that?
There seems to be no way for screen reader user to access this dialog without mouse

Google version: 64.0.3282.167

Thanks for filing the issue!

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 64.0.3282.167 and on the latest canary 66.0.3348.0 using Windows 10.
Note: Issue is specific to Windows.
As the issue is seen from M60(60.0.3072.0) considering it as Non-Regression and marking it as Untriaged.
