What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Update from 64 -> 65
(2) Sign into personal account

What is the expected result?
Normal cursor
 
What happens instead?
Mouse cursor is now HUGE. Only my personal profile is affected. My work profile is unchanged.
This is not the accessibility "Large Cursor" feature. Turning THAT on makes the cursor even bigger.
