navigator.getUserMedia return black stream on huawei P10

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Take huawei P10 phone 2. Connect to https://appr.tc 3. Show black screen What is the expected behavior? I expect to show my stream (back or front) What went wrong? I don't see any errors in Javascript console but i send you a appr.tc log file in case if you can see anything Did this work before? Yes 63.0.3239.107 Does this work in other browsers? Tested the issue in Android and couldn't reproduce the issue. Steps Followed: 1. Launched Browser 2. Navigated to https://appr.tc 3. No black screen is observed Chrome versions tested: 64.0.3282.137 OS: Android 7.0.0 Android Devices: Samsung J7 Requesting MTV team to check the issue on huawei P10 device as the mentioned device isn't available with Hyd team. Thanks!!

This might be the same root cause as Issue 806440 and Issue 818132 , with the difference that here it is surfacing on a Huawei P10 instead of Sony Xperia devices. A fix for this landed in 65.0.3325.43 but did not make it into M64. theraud.mickael@: Could you do me a favor and check if it works on Chrome beta?
