Steps to reproduce:
1. Perform fresh Installation of iOS Chrome
2. Launch iOS Chrome
3. Navigate to https://passsource.com
5. Tap on ‘Create’ 
6. Select any of the free template to create a pass
7. Tap on ‘Register’
8. Long press on ‘Add to Apple Wallet’
9. Select ‘Open in New Tab’ from context menu

Observed results:
Fails to redirect to page which gives the option to add or cancel the download of passes 

Note:
1. Issue is reproducible only on fresh install. 
2. ‘Copy Link URL’ will also stop working, if ‘Open in New Tab’ action is triggered after fresh install.
3. Works fine only on app force quit and relaunch.
4. If any other action is triggered on fresh install like Copy link URL and then try to open the link in new tab everything works fine.

Expected results:
Should redirect to corresponding page and user should be to add or cancel the download of passes
