What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> download any sample pdf -> saved in Files App
(2)Now go to Files App -> Select downloaded PDF -> Right click on it and select 'Get info' option
(3)Now observe blink of Unnecessary title is seen for PDF in 'General Info' page 
(Please refer Video and Screenshot)

Expected: No such blink of  Unnecessary title should be seen for PDF in 'General Info' page
Actual: Instead blink of Unnecessary title is seen for PDF

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62
