Regression: Drop down list is not seen after clicking on cast to drop down on 'Cast' overlay.

Chrome Version: 66.0.3347.0 Revision 3b9cfdda2eb80dab7457ec61e619dd910d194248-refs/heads/master@{#536620}(64 bit)
OS: Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.4) 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome,open 'Cast' from wrench menu.
(2) Click on cast to drop down and observe.

Actual: Drop down list is not seen after clicking on cast to drop down.

Expected: Drop down list should seen after clicking on cast to drop down. 

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M66', will update the other info:

You are probably looking for a change made after 536320 (known good), but no later than 536321 (first known bad).
