PDF is shown zoomed out when loaded to iframe

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.140 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. create an iframe with fixed width an height using javascript 2. st the src attribut to an API uri (not a static file) 3. What is the expected behavior? see the PDF in normal zoom with Chrome PDF viewer What went wrong? The zoom of the document was ~1%, users are unable to see its content. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 64.0.3282.140 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:

This might be the same as bug 819421 . Please provide more information per comment 3 to help us figure out what's going wrong.

I can add that it only happen if the frame is hidden on the time of load. meaning if the iframe or any of its DOM parents is in display: none. I have overcome this issue by only loading the src of the iframe after the it is shown. this is better than loading with zoom out document but also means longer time for user to wait for it to download.
