The video stops playing after approx 15 seconds with an error "An error occurred. Click to restart from the beginning."

     Safari:OK
    Firefox:OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Opening the video on Chrome OS -> stops playing after approx 15 secs. 
2.Opening the video on Mac with Chromebrowser -> plays to the end of the file
3. Repeating the step two with linux + Firefox -> plays to the end of video

What is the expected result?


What happens instead of that?
