Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome with several tabs in MacOS (Sierra 10.13.3)
2. Let machine sleep one or several times
3. Use Spotlight Search to open Chrome (Enter 'Chrome' in Spotlight)
4. New window instance opens instead of activating existing window

What is the expected behavior?
Activates Chrome window in relevant desktop

What went wrong?
Chrome opens new window on active desktop
