Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 64.0.3282.140 using Ubuntu 14.04 with steps mentioned below. 1. Navigated to chrome://version and selected version number, scrolled down using mouse wheel, and by dragging scrollbar -- able to scroll successfully. 2. Typed Google in search field and selected some text -- scrolled down using mouse wheel, and by dragging scrollbar -- able to scroll successfully. @REporter: Please check the video and let us know if we miss anything. Also please check the issue on fresh profile which do not have any apps/extensions. Navigate to chrome://flags, reset all to default and check this issue. This info would help in further triaging of the issue. Thanks!

There is no information in the bug description and it is not reproducible on random pages around the web. Reporter, I close this bug for now. But feel free to comment here or open a new bug with any specific page that you can reproduce this issue on with instructions on and the steps to reproduce it. |
