Reported by kloczko....@gmail.com, Feb 14 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.167 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Current google-chrome rpm package requires /usr/bin/lsb_release. This dependency is not essential and can be dropped or at last, changed in rpm spec file from Requires to Recommended as the weak dependency.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Package requires /usr/bin/lsb_release which is not ssential.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 64.0.3282.167 Channel: stable
