On pages with videos, like YouTube.com, the videos disappear as I scroll down.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use Chrom Canary
2. Go to YouTube.com
3. Scroll Down

What is the expected behavior?
I expect the videos to scroll along with the page as I scroll.

What went wrong?
The videos disappear as I scroll down.

Did this work before? Yes Don't know. It worked a few days ago when I was last viewing YouTube.com on this computer and browser.

Chrome version: 66.0.3345.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.13.3
Flash Version: most current

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 66.0.3345.0 and latest canary 66.0.3346.0 using Ubuntu 14.04, Windows-10 and Mac 10.13.3 hence providing Bisect Info

Bad build: 66.0.3345.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 535635 (known good), but no later than 535637 (first known bad).
