onblur event causes infinite loop in chrome along with onfocus

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. https://jsfiddle.net/3L1q372b/

If you place cursor in textbox1 and trying to tab, it will popup alert message infinite times landing the cursor in second textbox

What is the expected behavior?
Like all other browsers, it should only provide alert once for blur.

What went wrong?
infinite loop
