Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.140 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to anywhere in your window. 2. Press "Command + Control + Space" to open the apple emoji keyboard 3. Enter whatever emoji 4. Attempt to open the apple emoji keyboard (step 2) What is the expected behavior? So, after 4, it's supposed to open the keyboard popup again What went wrong? So, at step four, it doesn't pop up at all, that is until you either leave chrome and come back or go to a different tab or open a new tab. Then, when you go back to the original window, you'll be able to open the emoji keyboard wherever your cursor is. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 64.0.3282.140 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.12.6 Flash Version: Plz fix I like emojis.

Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 64.0.3282.140 using Mac 10.12.6 with steps mentioned in comment#0. Attaching screencast for reference. 1. Opened NTP, placed cursor inside Omnibox 2. Pressed ctrl+cmd+space, selected one emoji from panel and it is closed. 3. Now again pressed ctrl+cmd+space and emoji panel got opened. @Reporter: Please check the screencast and let us know if we miss anything. This would help in further triaging of the issue. Thanks!
