booxoldandnew@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.12.6 on the latest Stable 64.0.3282.168 and Canary 66.0.3347.0 and unable to reproduce the issue. on navigating to few webpages on chrome and after the pages are loaded, cannot see any blue circle next to the pointer. Request you to please provide the URL where this blue circle is seen every 7 to 8 seconds. Thanks..

I have Windows 7 and day before yesterday I noticed that this only happens when I have my gmail accounts open, https://mail.google.com/mail/ca/u. I has not happened with any of the websites I use on a daily basis.

booxoldandnew@ Thanks for the feedback. Retried the issue on Windows 7 on the reported version 64.0.3282.140 and the latest Canary 66.0.3350.0 and unable to reproduce the issue. Opened a gmail account and could not observe any blue circle next to the pointer for every 7 to 8 seconds. Attached is the screen cast for reference. Request you to please retry the issue on a new chrome profile and update the thread with the observations. Also request you to provide a screen cast of the issue for better understanding. Thanks..
