Video is displayed in incorrect screen place

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)open https://tvnwarszawa.tvn24.pl/
(2)open url in new tab using context menu ("Jak się zmieni Park Bródnowski? "Najistotniejszy temat pominięto" article)
(3)wait few seconds until page will be rendered
(4)switch to tab with url

What is the expected result? video is in correct place

What is the actual result? big black strip on the left

Any additional information (anything else which may help us debug the
issue)?

Able to reproduce the issue using #66.0.3346.0 on Samsung S7 6.0.1 as per the steps mentioned in original comment.

Observed the black patch on the video.

Will provide the other info soon.

This seems to be a Non-Regression issue as same behaviour is seen since M58. Untriaged for further input's on this issue

i can repro it locally on my pixel xl.  can't get devtools to open, unfortunately, since that would be helpful seeing if it's blink or compositor.

also, once the video ends, it goes back to normal on the poster (or first frame, can't tell which without devtools :) )

No page issue and that's why it's reported.

Maybe https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=811486 and you are probably the best people to answer on it.
