These builders have been removed. Reassign this bug to labs to recycle the machines back to luci.chrome.ci pool

Looking at https://chrome-internal.googlesource.com/infradata/config.git/+/master/configs/chrome-swarming/pools.cfg there is no such pool

I'm not sure how to add it correctly.  +Vadmin who appears to be the pool meister.

I'll set it up.
