[MacViewsBrowser] Bookmark button folders don't have an active state

Instead, they remain in hover state when clicked.

I'm not sure what exactly you mean, but as you can see in both screen shots, the hover state has a slightly lighter colour than the clicked state.

Those screenshots are from Cocoa browser. MacViews browser is an in progress effort to port Chromium Mac to the cross-platform Views toolkit, which is what Chromium UI is built from on other OS's.

I did build chrome with mac_views_browser=true to take these screenshots. Am I missing something?
