Search+m to open right-click menu does not work in Google Docs Braille Support Enabled to correct spelling

Reported by nimerjaber1@gmail.com, Feb 13 2018

Issue description

Version: 66.0.3344.0
Reproduction Steps:
1. Enable Chromevox and navigate to docs.google.com
2. Create or open a new document and ensure that Braille support is enabled.
3. Spell a word wrong and press space, or find a misspelled word in the document with the arrow keys.
4. Arrow over the word, and observe that Chromevox states misspelled.
5. Attempt to right-click (search+m)
Expected: A list of spelling suggestions is provided, along with other options that come up upon a right-click.
Actual: This does not happen... in fact, nothing appears to happen. Is there a different command to invoke a right-click in Google Docs?

For me, the word spoken is not the same as the word that has focus on the display. So search+m only works properly when I understand that speech is announcing the word before the cursor position.

With braille mode disabled, search+m brings up a menu, but it is not related to the selected word.
