This is a crash in the macOS OpenGL driver. I haven't been able to reproduce it. Clusterfuzz reports reproducible but it seems very likely that this is a flaky crash. Which, IIUC, prevents it from finding a valid regression range.

This looks just like 13 other nearly identical reports. It definitely looks like a flake. https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/list?can=1&q=gldRenderFillPolygonPtr (FTR, I think this is the macOS software renderer.)
