What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build>> In OOBE screen Language overlay, try clicking using mouse for around 3 times and click on Done button then on Next button and observe the Connect to Network Overlay

Actual: Unnecessary text selection of the entire overlay is seen
Expected: No such text selection should be seen 

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M62

NOTE: Issue is not seen on Linux and Windows.
      Issue is seen on M63 stable, M64 beta and M65 dev also
