Issue descriptionChrome Version:64.0.3282.167 (Official Build) Revision bf44778c9ce98ecff1128b225a165728044bbdeb-refs/branch-heads/3282@{#671} 32/64-bit. OS:Win(7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.4). Test URL:https://www.amazon.cn/ Steps to reproduce: (1)Launch chrome and navigate to above URL. (2)Click on translation bubble and observe the translated web page. Actual Result: Tab content is not aligned properly on translation. Expected Result:Tab content should be aligned properly on translation. This is a non-regression issue, M-60. NOTE: This issue is also reproducible on M-65 Beta (build # 65.0.3325.51) and M-66 Canary (build #66.0.3346.0) Kindly refer the attached the Screen-cast.
