autocomplete="false" has been not working since Version 64.0.3282.140

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.140 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create Address' data in Chrome settings;
2. Try to populate any form where there is field with autocomplete="false" attribute using Chrome autofill
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Field should not be populated by Chrome autofill tool

What went wrong?
Since Version 64.0.3282.140, autocomplete="false" has been not working and fields with this attribute has been populating by Chrome autofill

Did this work before? Yes Chrome 63

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 64.0.3282.140  Channel: stable
