Multiple calls for onGeolocationPermissionsShowPrompt() seen on google.com when Dynamic permission for location is denied

Reported by sanketga...@gmail.com, Feb 13 2018

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Load google.com and search for a place
2. We'll see a location request using onGeolocationPermissionsShowPrompt(), make sure setup dynamic permission for this and click deny
3. Call mCallback.invoke(mOrigin, false, false); as the permission is denied

What is the expected behavior?
We should not get another callback for onGeolocationPermissionsShowPrompt()

What went wrong?
We keep getting onGeolocationPermissionsShowPrompt() callbacks each time the user denies location permission resulting in a loop. Works fine in Google Chrome though.

Did this work before? Yes Uninstalling all chrome updates from playstore works fine

Does this work in other browsers? N/A
