* Test on Windows machine
* Install and select "US International Keyboard"
* Navigate to a web-page, and press some links
* You want to navigate back
* You must press the *Left* Alt + Left Arrow buttons to achieve this, the *Right* alt (Alt Gr) button won't work.

You recently removed the backspace button which I'm not too happy about it, because I don't like pressing two buttons in place of one, especially for such a trivial task as navigating backward/forward.
Anyway, not only you require the user to use two buttons, but you require them to use two hands, because only left alt works. The right Alt doesn't do anything. And since there is a huge gap between the left Alt and the arrows, you have to use two hands in order to navigate backward/forward.
This is outrageous, especially when coming officially from Google that is supposed to make the web more responsive.

What is the expected behavior?
Alt Gr should act the same as Left Alt in all keyboard shortcuts, for all keyboard layouts.

What went wrong?
The Right Alt (Alt Gr key) is ignored by Chrome.
