Remove the thick border on Linux browser windows

See the attached images.  Linux apps have a thin, usually 1px dark border around them.  Chrome should do the same.

bettes@: Any objections?  AFAICT, the border is like that because Windows Chrome had a thick border to match the Aero theme.
