1. Start Jaws 2018 or Zoomtext.
2. Paste the following HTML into the address bar and once the page loads put focus in the edit field and move the caret around.

3. Observe that with Jaws 2018, the focus highlight is off.
4. Observe that with Zoomtext the caret is track but it is shown as being further up and to the left. If the caret moves, the tracking highlight moves by the correct amount, but still offset by the same amount up and to the left.
