Mouse pointer state is incorrectly changed in XFA form |

Issue descriptionOn an XFA-enabled build: 1. Open https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5257e.pdf 2. Hover the mouse pointer over a text edit. 3. Click the text edit to select it. 4. Move the pointer out of the text edit area. Expected: Mouse pointer should become an "I" bar only while hovering over the text edit. Actual: Mouse pointer becomes an "I" bar when the edit is selected. It does not revert back when moved out of the text area.
