Assistant cannot copy text - gives error app isn't installed

Issue description
Chrome Version : 64.0.3282.134
OS Version: 10176.65.0

Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari:
Firefox:
IE/Edge:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use pen to select pen use and choose Assistant from options
2. Circle some text with the pen as instructed and observe text is copied to Assistant popup
3. Tap pen on the Copy icon that appears (see screenshot)
What is the expected result?
The text is copied
What happens instead of that?
The message "App isn't installed" appears
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
The workaround is to click on the Share icon instead and then Copy to clipboard.
