Some Apple's services are inaccessible on Chrome Canary

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3345.0 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
icloud.com, discussions.apple.com, myappleid.com

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Go to the aforementioned websites in the 2nd field

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
The first 2 websites will give privacy error, stating they use HSTS so they can't be accessed. The last one will just gives a blank website.

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? Yes 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 66.0.3345.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 29.0.0.96

This bug does not occur on Chrome Stable.

Yes, this is part of https://security.googleblog.com/2017/09/chromes-plan-to-distrust-symantec.html

Apple is aware of this and working on replacement certificates in advance of Chrome Beta.
