What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to new tab page (NTP).
(2) Now play doodle on NTP and observe the tab.

Actual: Volume symbol is not seen on tab while the doodle is played. 

Expected: Volume symbol should be seen on tab as soon as the doodle is played.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M65' and providing the bisect using per-revision bisect

Good Build: 65.0.3299.0(Revision: 524907)
Bad Build:  65.0.3300.0(Revision: 525555)

You are probably looking for a change made after 524986 (known good), but no later than 524987 (first known bad).

Note: 
1) In bad build, volume symbol is seen after navigating to another NTP and returning back to the current doodle playing NTP.

2) Issue is also seen on M66 Dev(#66.0.3343.3).
