OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.4) and Linux(14.04 LTS).

Steps to reproduce:
1.Freshly install and launch Chrome, navigate to www.imdb.com and play a video.
2.Observe the pause icon in the seek bar.

Actual Result: Play icon is seen instead of pause icon when video is played.
Expected Result: Pause icon should be seen when video is being played instead of play icon.

This is Non-regression issue seen from ‘M-61’ build #61.0.3113.0 

Note: 1. Issue is also reproducible on Stable #64.0.3282.140, Beta #65.0.3325.51 and Dev #66.0.3343.3 build.
      2. Above issue is not seen on Firefox.
