Extension network requests not seen in developer tools

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.140 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Install https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ublock-origin/cjpalhdlnbpafiamejdnhcphjbkeiagm 2. Got to chrome-extension://cjpalhdlnbpafiamejdnhcphjbkeiagm/dashboard.html#3p-filters.html 3. Hit F12, choose Network 4. Click "Purge all caches" 5. Click "Update" What is the expected behavior? 1. The extension is successfully loading filter lists from the network 2. These network requests can be seen in the developer tools What went wrong? 1. (as expected) 2. Network requests are not seen. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 64.0.3282.140 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Version 64.0.3282.140 (Official Build) (64-bit) Version 66.0.3343.3 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.16299.214]
