Regression: PDF is sen blank upon scrolling.

Chrome Version: 66.0.3345.0 (Official Build) Revisionc8ce2d88ee3c73948b2c91cbd9dff78eaf9472f0-refs/heads/master@{#536026}(32/64-bit)
 	
OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.4) and Linux(14.04 LTS).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to pdfobject.com scroll down to the pdf.
2. Observe the pdf while scrolling.

Actual: PDF is seen blank on scrolling.

Expected: PDF should render properly

This is a regression issue, broken in M-66 series, and will soon update bisect info:

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,

Good Build:66.0.3344.0(Revision:535593)
Bad Build:66.0.3345.0(Revision:536026)

You are probably looking for a change made after 535635 (known good), but no later than 535637 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
