Issue descriptionVersion: 66.0.3344.0 Reproduction Steps: 1. Enable Chromevox and visit docs.google.com 2. Create or open a document, and make sure that Braille support is enabled. 3. Type in a line of text, and left arrow to the middle of the line. 4. Turn typing echo off if it is on. 5. Begin typing text, editing or adding to the line. Expected: Silence. Since typing echo is off, Chromevox ought to remain completely silent unless the user triggers a command which causes it to speak. Actual: On occasion, the word "deleted" is uttered.

Yes, this happens in Gmail too. Deleted is heard in docs and or the line of text. The line of text is heard in Gmail. This happens when the line grows too large and is wrapped to the next line.

Deleted may be heard in docs since braille mode does not contain the entire document in the content editable, but is updated with a chunk of text surrounding the cursor. |
