Issue descriptionVersion: 66.0.3344.0 Reproduction Steps: 1. Enable Chromevox Next. 2. sheets.google.com>>open a recent sheet 3. In the accessibility/settings menu, enable Braille support. 4. Attempt to navigate the sheet with the arrow keys. Expected: Performance should be as good or better with Braille support enabled than without. Actual: Performance is terrible. There is a general lack of responsiveness, and on the occasions when I can get Chromevox to read anything, it begins reading an entire row or column at a time. There is an immense amount of lag between a key being pressed and any sort of a response. By the way, a while back, the recommendation from Googlers was that I use and report bugs with Google apps with Braille support enabled. Is this true? I was told that this should provide the best experience, but have not found this to be accurate.
