Touchpad stopped working after update

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10032.86.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.140 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10032.86.0 (Official Build) stable-channel terra Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? Touchpad to move cursor around display What went wrong? Cursor will only move with external mouse installed, touchpad not responsive at any time. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 63.0.3239.140 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10032.86.0 Flash Version: 28.0.0.137 Tried a power cycle, tried an EC, tried a powerwash, tried a powerwash with firmware checked. Tried enabling ash debug shortcuts and enabling/disabling touchpad. The chromebook (Asus C292S) worked fine this morning, then the chromebook updated and touchpad was not happy afterwards

This ticket can be closed, replaced the touchpad and all is well again. It just coincidentally crapped out at the same time as an update. |
