Collect "Please Fix" signals in Tricium

Issue description

Background:  Bug 784368  is to collect "Not useful" signals; this will be useful in helping analyzer contributors make analyzers more useful and avoid noisy analyzers.

Proposal: We could also collect "Please Fix" signals when reviewers press "please fix". This would be a positive signal that indicates analyzers are considered useful.

Another related note: Currently we collect "number of comments" and "number of not useful signals"; a while ago Erik suggested it would also be possible to collect "number of impressions". (notuseful / impressions) might be a good metric.
