Task Manager takes 35% cpu

Issue description

Version Version 65.0.3325.51 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)
MacosX 10.13.2
MBP TouchBar

Open Window > task manager
Observe Chrome takes 35% CPU.

It's impossible to track page CPU when simply opening the task manager affects the entire machine.

Thanks for filing :) I don't immediately see why your sample has that much CPU use, but I see a similar issue on my workstation: with the task manager open, chrome uses ~5% cpu basically indefinitely. Odd!

Robert, any ideas?

Looks like the MemoryInfra component is using lots of CPU on multiple threads.
