Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Prepare your U.S. tax form on the official IRS https://www.freefilefillableforms.com/ site.
2. Press "print this form" on any form.

You will see the PDF right there already loaded into Chromium right in
front of your eyes.

But when you press the Download button or hit CTRL+S the result is
always a Failed - Network Error.

One thinks "it is already on my computer. Why don't you let me have it?"

Yes one must click Print while viewing the PDF, as Download is busted.

P.S., no such problems in Firefox.
