It's pretty long (10 minutes), but has many glitches.
(I am using wired mouse to film the video.)
This is ToT chrome.
Several ones that I remember (min:sec offsets in the video):
1) It starts with phantom mobile network ( issue 811003 ).
2) 0:34 Clicking on "Mobile data" trigger in the status tray menu doesn't always work. It displays radial heartbeat, but nothing happens.
"Searching for mobile network" is displayed when "Mobile data" is still off.
3) 3:40 Clicking on "Connect" button for Mobile network does not always start connection.
4) 3:57 Mobile network is already connected, but WiFi is still "Connecting". "Next" button is still disabled (until last "connecting" network changes its status).
5) 4:10 Clicking on WiFi trigger in the status tray menu disabled Wifi, but immediately enabled Cellular. (Which will automatically turn off in a few seconds later !!!).
6) 5:26 Disabling WiFi ignores clicks on WiFi trigger for about 10 seconds. You cannot re-enable WiFi earlier if you accidentally turned it off.
7) 5:50 Clicking on offline "Mobile" trigger may be ignored (see my several attempts to turn it on). I succeeded only at about 6:07.
WiFi trigger is way more consistent.
8) 6:48 Removing mobile dongle doesn't remove mobile network from the OOBE Networks list.
9) 7:03 Mobil networks list may move below WiFi networks in the status tray menu.

Confirmed idividual bugs with feedback reports would be helpful here, but at a glance:
1. Filed and fixed issue 811501
2. Is similar to issue 733998; enabling Cellular is not instantaneous and we do not always do a great job of communicating the initializaiton state to the user.
3. Known issue. Filed issue 812330 to track it.
4. issue 795719 (fix is in CQ)
5. I think this was just issue 733998; the cellular disable at 4:07 did not "take", although the timing with wifi disable is suspicious. Either way I suspect some unexpected Shill behavior that we do not account for in the model.
6. It's not surprising that there may be ~10s when disabling wifi is unresponsive if the device is slow and busy; I see about 3s on a samus device. It would be nice to indicate that the device is "busy" somehow, this is mentioned in issue 733998.
7. Also a symptom of issue 733998. It seems like there is something up with Shill; a feedback report + video would help debug this.
8. issue 780443
9. Filed issue 812337
