Issue descriptionURL: https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/features.html This page appears to be outdated, and should be updated. A few examples of outdated information on this page: - Under Speed > More, it tells you that Chrome is powered by the WebKit open source rendering engine. This is outdated information, as Chrome is now powered by Blink (WebKit fork). - The (only) screenshot under Speed > More shows an outdated look of Chrome's browser chrome. - Under Simplicity > More, there is a claim that "thanks to Chrome's multi-process architecture, you can open a hundred tabs without slowing Chrome down." I am not so sure that this is completely true (even back then). - The (only) screenshot under Simplicity > More shows an outdated look of Chrome's browser chrome and favicons for Google services. - The screenshot of a Safe Browsing warning under Security > More shows an outdated Safe Browsing warning. - The video under Security > More appears very outdated - it even uses Chrome's very original logo. - The two screenshots under Privacy > More show outdated UI designs. - Under Customization > More, there is a link to mychrometheme.com, even though it is now defunct. - The information under Signing In > More is outdated (e.g. screenshots, instruction to click on the wrench menu and click "Sign in to Chrome"). |
