We have the enable/disable policy, so marking as not needed for announcement.

@timzheng, can you confirm that the policy is disabled by default? I remember we had set it to enabled by default for managed devices while we waited for the policy to propagate.
I confirm that the enterprise default is disabled.

Components: Enterprise
policy to enable/disable: VirtualMachinesAllowed
Tested Crostini management policy in YAPS on 10895.10.0, 69.0.3497.21 build:

- VirtualMachinesAllowed = true - Linux (Beta) is available in chrome://settings
- VirtualMachinesAllowed = false (or not set) - Linux (Beta) is not available in chrome://settings

Changing the policy does not take effect for existing Linux container/user data.

There is only UI issue, no Enterprise icon (https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=869502).
